BA to launch new Heathrow flights for summer by Cheap Flights Booker UK
British Airways (BA) has announced that it will move two services from London Gatwick to Heathrow this weekend ahead as part of its summer schedule.
On 29 March, the airline will launch flights from Heathrow to Toulouse in southern France and Atlanta in the United States.
The transfers from Gatwick are among a number of changes being made by BA for the forthcoming season, along with the resumption of flights from Heathrow to Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
Silla Maizey, BA"s customer director, said: "We are opening up these new routes to Heathrow after moving them from Gatwick and are confident that with the combination of T5 and our fantastic full onboard service and low prices, they will be very popular with customers.
"Business users will find the flights to Toulouse now more convenient than ever and by moving our flights to Atlanta from Heathrow our customers will have smoother connections and far better access to the rest of our global network."
In another development to its operations from Heathrow, BA has today (25 March) introduced new flight technology designed to reduce delays and disruptions resulting from poor visibility.
