British Airways (BA) has offered summer travellers some inspiration on the events and activities they will be able to enjoy by flying to some of its peak-season destinations.

BA chief executive Willie Walsh recently added his voice to the chorus of calls for the government to drop its plans to increase air passenger duty this year.
