Etihad"s F1 tickets "selling fast" by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Tickets for the inaugural Formula One Abu Dhabi grand prix have been selling fast at Etihad Airways" five stores in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the airline revealed.
Etihad, the official sponsor of the race, has five shops in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain, which sold more than a thousand tickets for the event in the first few days after their launch.
The carrier is operating a number of promotions to publicise the grand prix, including the recent display of its branded Formula One car at Marina Mall in Dubai and the painting of two of its aircraft in a special F1 livery.
Peter Baumgartner, Etihad"s chief commercial officer, said: "As title sponsor and the airline of Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways is thrilled to play a central role in selling tickets to motor racing fans in the UAE.
"As well as visitors from across the world flying into Abu Dhabi for the inaugural Formula 1 Etihad Airways grand prix, we are also looking forward to welcoming thousands of UAE residents to the capital for this historic occasion."
The Abu Dhabi grand prix will bring the 2009 Formula One World Championship to an end on 1 November, following races in Suzuka on 4 October and Sao Paulo on 18 October.
