More premium economy options with Air New Zealand by Cheap Flights Booker UK
Air New Zealand is set to introduce more premium economy seats on its Boeing 777 aircraft, which operate the airline"s Pacific services.
The first of eight planes will re-enter service this month after being refitted in Auckland and all of the airline"s Boeing 777s will be equipped with extra premium economy options by mid-June.
Air New Zealand will boost its number of Pacific premium economy seats by 72,000 a year through the initiative, with capacity in the cabin increasing from 18 to 36.
Ed Sims, the airline"s general manager for long-haul services, said: "Pacific premium economy has been hugely popular since its introduction in 2005.
"Air New Zealand flies further than any other airline in the world. Despite the challenging economic environment, long-haul customers clearly value the experience and are happy to pay more for the superior legroom, personal space and business class-style service."
Air New Zealand"s international network includes direct flights to Auckland, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and London and an extensive range of connections throughout Australasia and the Pacific region.
