New Driving Route Opened In Victoria
New driving route opened in Victoria by Cheap Flights Booker UK
Tourism Victoria has announced the launch of a new self-drive tour linking Melbourne, the state capital, to the Yarra Valley wine region.
The route also includes the Mornington peninsula and Phillip Island, which together with Melbourne and the Yarra Valley make a triangle shape that is convenient for driving tours.
Wine lovers can visit nearly 100 wineries in the Yarra Valley - including the base of Moet and Chandon in Australia - and also take part in adventurous activities such as hot-air ballooning.
Phillip Island is known as a haven for wildlife and every evening hosts a parade of penguins, while the Mornington peninsula boasts a Mediterranean flavour with its olive groves, vineyards and waterfront cafes.
In Melbourne, tourists can visit attractions including the National Sports Museum, the MTC Theatre and the city zoo.
Tourism Victoria recently announced the opening of the world"s largest chocolate waterfall at the Panny"s Amazing World of Chocolate attraction on Phillip Island.
