The state tourist board of Italy has announced details of new hotels, resorts and other developments opening across the country this year.

Rome will also provide its visitors with a number of new developments this summer, including the Il Cuoco Nero restaurant in the Salario quarter and the boutique Hotel Homs.
Travel options for people planning to visit Italy this year will include new easyJet flights to Naples from London Gatwick and Liverpool, which will launch on 1 May and 1 June respectively.
