New products and services that will be available to Etihad Airways" premium passengers this year are set to be unveiled at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai.
The United Arab Emirates" national carrier will showcase its new business class bed, an improved first class suite and a number of other inflight and ground improvements at the event.
Visitors to the trade fair, which will be held from 5 to 8 May, will also be offered complimentary treatments by beauty therapists from the Six Senses spa, which was recently introduced at Etihad"s premium lounges at Abu Dhabi airport.
Peter Baumgartner, the airline"s chief commercial officer, said: "Etihad has invested heavily to raise the bar when it comes to luxury air travel, including the opening of our new premium lounges at Abu Dhabi airport and the roll-out of a new inflight service style, specifically tailored to the needs of our first and business class customers.
"Visitors to ATM this year can see for themselves the high quality of the end-to-end travel experience we offer our premium customers, which we believe really makes us stand out."
Etihad announced earlier this year that it is aiming to carry 7m passengers in 2009, an ambition that will be supported by flights to new destinations including Melbourne, Istanbul, Athens and Chicago.
