British Airways has announced that it will be making a number of changes to its winter schedule this year.
The carrier will be putting a new network into operation that will include additional flights from London Gatwick to the island destinations of Bermuda, Barbados, St Lucia and Port of Spain.
Earlier this year, British Airways confirmed that it would be launching new services from London Heathrow to Las Vegas and from Gatwick to Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, the Maldives, Sharm el Sheikh and Innsbruck this winter.
Richard Tams, the airline"s head of UK and Ireland sales, said: "We have some exciting new routes in our winter schedule and extra services to popular sun spots like the Caribbean.
"With our all-inclusive competitive fares including complimentary check-in, baggage allowance and refreshments on board, there has never been a better time to fly."
Other changes to the British Airways network this winter will include the transfer of flights to Pisa, Malaga and Gibraltar from Gatwick to Heathrow.
The carrier also confirmed this week that it would be sticking to its plan to launch a business class-only service from London City airport to New York in September.
