Singapore Airlines to boost flights to Manila by Cheap Flights Booker UK
Travellers interested in visiting the Philippines this year will be offered more flights to Manila from Singapore with Singapore Airlines.
The carrier announced that it would add a fourth daily flight to the Philippines capital from 10 July using a Boeing 777 aircraft.
Made possible by a new air services agreement between Singapore and the Philippines, the extra flight will boost capacity between the two destinations by more than 20%.
Huang Cheng Eng, vice-president of marketing for Singapore Airlines, said: "The frequency increase on this route underscores the strong and growing economic, business and tourism links between Singapore and the Philippines. It also improves the connectivity of Manila to the rest of the world.
"The scheduling of the four services to depart and arrive at various times during the day between the two cities gives our customers more options to choose a flight which better suits their travel needs."
There are many attractions and landmarks for travellers to see in Manila, including Rizal Park, the National Museum of the Philippines and Fort Santiago.
