Venice "Britons" favourite cruise port" by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Cruise passengers have voted Venice their favourite port in the world, the Passenger Shipping Association (PSA) has revealed.
In a survey carried out by YouGov to mark National Cruise Week - which runs from 20 to 27 September - 5% of people who have taken a holiday at sea identified Venice as their favourite port, with Barcelona in second place with 4% of the vote.
Nearly one in six (15%) of the people surveyed said that Mediterranean ports were their favourite destinations, while 4% said the Caribbean was their region of choice.
In North America, Miami and Vancouver were found to be the most popular ports of call.
More than half (53%) of the survey respondents said impressive scenery and shore excursions were the most important features of a port, while one in five (20%) cited meeting the local people as the top attraction.
A record 1.5m Britons now take a cruise every year, according to figures released by the PSA.
