Cathy Tull, senior vice-president of marketing at the LVCVA, said: "The UK is the number one source of overseas travellers to Las Vegas, and British tourists represent the third largest segment of overall international travel to Las Vegas, just behind Canada and Mexico."
Further attractions in the form of the USA Sevens Rugby Tournament next February and the Las Vegas Pool Season from April present other reasons for tourists to visit, she added.
