Qatar launches flights to Goa by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Qatar Airways has begun offering flights between Doha and Goa as the carrier expands its network.
The Middle Eastern carrier launched the new route in order to provide additional options to European travellers heading to the popular and world-famous Indian beach destination.
Goa has been a long-time favourite with people from the UK and the rest of Europe and Qatar Airways is keen to capitalise on this market, the airline"s management said.
Akbar Al Baker, chief executive of Qatar Airways, explained: "European holidaymakers have traditionally flown with seasonal charter operators to Goa, but with our new scheduled service, we are offering a unique year-round alternative."
He added: "Goa is a route we have total commitment to - it"s new, it"s different and it"s desirable by holidaymakers and the Goan community, both at home and overseas."
The new flights come a fortnight after Qatar Airways launched services to the northern Indian city of Amritsar.
