Travellers Attracted To Brazilian Culture
Travellers "attracted to Brazilian culture" by Cheap Flights Booker UK
One of the most appealing aspects of Brazil for travellers is its culture, the national tourist board has revealed.
Glauco Chris Fuzinatto, UK and Ireland director of the Brazilian Tourist Office, said that the country has a diversity of cultures and communities for visitors to discover.
It is made up of 26 states and one federal district, each of which has a unique appeal.
"Every state has its own music, gastronomy and culture. It"s a multicultural country really," Mr Fuzinatto said.
"That"s what attracts people who want to stay in Brazil … it"s a cultural destination with arts and music."
Mr Fuzinatto also referred to some of the destinations tourists can visit in the country, such as Iguazu Falls in the south and the city of Salvador in the north-east.
Brazil is set for a boost in profile over the coming years when it hosts two major sporting events - the Fifa World Cup in 2014 and the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
