Motorsport fans will soon have the opportunity to combine their passion with a trip abroad when the 2010 MotoGP season gets underway.
This year"s edition of the professional motorcycling competition will start with a meeting in Qatar on 11 April, which will be followed two weeks later by the Grand Prix of Japan in Motegi, not far from Tokyo.
Fans will also be able to catch up with the championship at destinations including Jerez, Spain (2 May), Le Mans, France (23 May), Mugello, Italy (6 June) and Assen, Holland (26 June).
MotoGP is the highest section of the Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix, making it the world"s premier motorcycle racing competition.
The coming season will see riders from all over the globe attempting to unseat 2009 winner Valentino Rossi, who has been crowned world champion in six of the last eight years.
Riders set to return this year include Casey Stoner of Australia, Spain"s Dani Pedrosa and Nicky Hayden of the US.
