American Airlines renovates Heathrow lounges by Cheap Flights Booker UK

American Airlines has announced the completion of renovations at two of its lounges at London Heathrow.

The Admirals Club and Flagship lounges cover an area of more than 19,000 square feet at gate H in the airport"s third terminal.

Customers who make use of the facilities will be offered a "relaxing oasis to conduct business or rest while travelling through one of the world"s busiest airports", according to American Airlines.

Amenities on offer include business centres with complimentary internet access, food and beverage outlets, flat-panel televisions, spa-style shower facilities and children"s rooms.

Nancy Knipp, president of the airline"s Admirals Club scheme, said: "The newly-renovated Heathrow lounge will further enhance the customer experience for our valued members, whether they are travelling between the US and Europe or connecting beyond Heathrow.

"We believe that this refurbishment - the largest airport lounge renovation American has ever done - shows American"s dedication to consistently reinvesting in our products and services."

The carrier operates flights to New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and other destinations in the US from London Heathrow.
