Etihad rolling out new service offering by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Etihad Airways is set to complete the roll-out of its new economy class service offering this month.

The carrier has introduced the Inspired Service concept on 40 of its 62 global routes and is set to extend the initiative across its global network before the end of May.

Economy passengers are being given a wider range of food and beverage options to choose from, larger pillows, travel packs for overnight flights and other amenities.

Etihad revealed that it launched the Inspired Service initiative after asking its customers what they valued both in-flight and on the ground.

Peter Baumgartner, the carrier"s chief commercial officer, said: "Since we commenced the roll-out of Inspired Service in Coral Economy class in October last year, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and we are pleased to confirm that all guests travelling in the economy cabin will be able to experience the service by the end of May."

Travellers can catch flights to Abu Dhabi from London and Manchester with Etihad.
