EasyJet unveils eight new winter routes by Cheap Flights Booker UK
EasyJet has announced that it will expand its range of services available from the UK during the 2010-11 winter season with the launch of eight new routes to six different destinations.
Winter sports enthusiasts will benefit from better access to France and Switzerland when the airline introduces flights to Lyon from Bristol and Liverpool and to Basel from Edinburgh.
Three new routes - to Hamburg, Gothenburg and Amsterdam - will be added to easyJet"s network from Manchester, while Zagreb and Gothenburg will be served from London Gatwick.
Both Zagreb and Gothenburg are new destination points for the carrier from the UK.
Paul Simmons, easyJet"s UK general manager, said the airline"s priority is to "provide passengers with the widest range of destinations to the most convenient airports, with the lowest fares and no hidden charges".
He added: "Whether passengers are looking for an adventure on the slopes or a spot of winter sun, our new routes offer something for everyone."
EasyJet will provide a total of 11.5m seats on some 73,000 winter flights from the end of October this year to March 2011.
