The organisation presented the base with an award at its annual conference in Porto, Portugal.

Managers at Hong Kong International pointed out that the airport has now received the accolade for four years in a row, highlighting its consistent record with regards to operational efficiency.

The award is based on research carried out by 13 leading aviation experts from around the world.
