VisitBritain searching for country"s "cheesiest place" by Cheap Flights Booker UK

VisitBritain has launched an initiative that will see the tourism agency team up with comedy podcasters Helen and Olly from Answer Me This! to get to the bottom of some "fundamental questions" about the country.

In the first stage of the project, the pair embarked on a journey to find the "cheesiest place in Britain".

A video covering their quest - which included visits to Cheddar Gorge in Somerset, Leagram"s dairy in Lancashire and Stilton in Cambridgeshire - has been uploaded to VisitBritain"s Facebook page.

Justin Reid, head of digital at the tourism organisation, said: "The Great British Questions series offers an amusing and light-hearted insight into some of the quirky and quintessentially British traditions that are cherished by people across the UK.

"By teaming up with leading comedy podcasters and showcasing the content on our Facebook page Love UK, we hope that we have captured the essence of what makes Britain a great place to visit, using our social media channels to tell our stories."

New videos will be added to the page over the next five weeks.
