Emirates to offer special inflight services during Ramadan by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Emirates has announced that it will offer a range of special services over the coming weeks for its passengers observing Ramadan, the Islamic holy month during which Muslims fast from dawn until sunset.

The airline announced that it would be providing small snack boxes at the boarding gates of its third terminal in Dubai for flights departing close to Iftar, the evening meal with which Muslims break their daily fast.

Larger meal boxes will be served to fasting passengers inflight and will include traditional Arabic dishes such as traditional chicken shawarma, dates and hummus with crudites.

The captain will inform travellers of the time for Iftar, which will be determined based on the location of the aircraft at the time the sun sets.
