Travellers urged to book flights early by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Holidaymakers have been advised to always book their flight tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Clare Banham, a spokesperson for ABTA - The Travel Association, said booking early is always a good idea because it allows tourists to get the best deals available and secure limited offers such as free child places.

"There is a market that like to book well in advance so that they guarantee what they get [and obtain] the best choice," she commented.

The later holidaymakers book flights, the more expensive they will be, especially during peak travel periods such as Christmas and bank holidays, when demand is likely to be highest.

Ms Banham"s comments follow recent advice from travel expert Sue Ockwell, who urged holidaymakers on a budget to search for the most cost-effective deals.

Ms Ockwell, a spokesperson for the Association of Independent Tour Operators, said there is so much accommodation and flight capacity across Europe that there will rarely be a shortage of cheap holiday deals available.
