BA offering first class to Las Vegas by Cheap Flights Booker UK

British Airways will begin offering a first class option on flights to Las Vegas next summer.

The airline announced that it would introduce the high-end service on its route from London Heathrow to the American city from 1 June 2011, increasing capacity by 18%.

A four-class Boeing 747 will be deployed on the route, replacing the three-class 777 that has been used to operate the direct daily flights since last year.

Customers planning to travel in first class to Las Vegas will be accommodated in a cabin comprising 14 seats.

Richard Tams, head of marketing and sales at BA, said: "Our direct service from London Heathrow to Las Vegas has been one of our most successful launches in recent years.

"It is one of the star performing routes on the BA network and such a winner with our customers that we are increasing capacity by 18% from next summer and offering that extra touch of luxury."

The airline recently extended its network in the Americas with the launch of a route from London Gatwick to Cancun, Mexico.
