Flybe to operate new flights to France by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Travellers planning a trip to France next summer will be able to catch flights to three new destinations with Flybe.

The carrier announced that it would be adding Beziers in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, Clermont-Ferrand in Auvergne and Pau on the outskirts of the Pyrenees to its network from Southampton airport from May to September 2011.

Clermont-Ferrand will host three weekly services on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 21 May to 10 September next year.

Twice-weekly flights to Pau and Beziers will also be available until 10 September and will commence on 25 and 27 May respectively.

Mike Rutter, Flybe"s chief commercial officer, said: "We are pleased to announce these three new routes to France from Southampton that complement our ten existing routes for those travelling to and from regional France."

Jan Halliday, director of marketing and communications at Southampton airport, added: "These routes are likely to be very popular for holidays and business in these regions of France."

Other French destinations served by Flybe include Rennes in the north-west, Bordeaux in the south-west and Chambery in the south-east.
