Tallinn prepares for double New Year"s Eve celebration by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Travellers visiting Tallinn at the end of this year and the beginning of the next will have the opportunity to join in with some particularly special celebrations.

Estonia"s capital city will be marking the fact that it will assume the title of European Capital of Culture in January 2011 and will also be celebrating the country"s entry into the eurozone.

Tallinn"s Theatre Square will be at the heart of the festivities on 31 December this year, with live music concerts and a fireworks display at midnight.

The event will be attended by high-profile figures including prime minister Andrus Ansip.

More than 7,000 cultural events are set to take place in the city next year.
