Bmi reaches codeshare deal with Croatia Airlines by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Bmi has launched a codeshare partnership with Croatia Airlines, a move that is set to provide more choice and flexibility for customers and Diamond Club members.

The British carrier has added its BD code to routes to Zagreb from London Heathrow and Gatwick airports operated by Croatia Airlines, which in turn has placed its OU code on selected bmi routes.

Passengers can therefore book flights to Croatia connecting to bmi"s domestic network, which includes services from Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester.

Joerg Hennemann, bmi"s chief commercial officer, said: "This reciprocal codeshare agreement brings major benefits for bmi customers wanting to fly to Croatia, as well as Croatian Airlines customers using bmi"s domestic services out of London Heathrow.

"We are delighted to be working with Croatian Airlines as we further expand bmi"s global connectivity."

Bojan Aljinovic, the European carrier"s director of network and revenue management, said the partnership will provide "seamless connectivity" between the UK and Croatia.

Bmi also has codeshare agreements with Air Canada, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, Etihad Airways and other operators.
