Australian golfer Greg Norman recently visited the destination to attend the opening of the first nine holes of the Costa Blanca course in Juan Dolia, which he designed.

Some 200 players took part in an event to mark the formal opening of the first phase of the course, which was also attended by celebrities including Eva Longoria.

The new property boasts 1,800 rooms and the largest casino on the island, as well as entertainment venues and amenities such as the Oro nightclub.
