World"s best airports revealed by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Airports Council International (ACI) has recognised the world"s leading air travel hubs in its Airport Service Quality awards for 2010.

For the sixth consecutive year, Incheon airport in Seoul, South Korea took the top accolade.

In a clean sweep for the Asia Pacific region, Singapore Changi and Hong Kong were ranked the second and third best performers, while Beijing and Shanghai Pudong completed the top five.

Commenting on the results, ACI director-general Angela Gittens said: "We applaud the consistent success story of the Asia Pacific airports, which set the bar in service excellence."

The awards also cover international regions, with Cape Town and Malta"s main airports topping the Africa and Europe categories.

International bases in Cancun, Dubai and Indianapolis were recognised as the leading airports in Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and North America respectively.

Bournemouth was voted the most improved airport in Europe.

The Airport Service Quality awards were based on more than 300,000 passenger surveys carried out last year.
