American Airlines Resuming Dublin To Chicago Flights
American Airlines resuming Dublin to Chicago flights by Cheap Flights Booker UK
American Airlines has announced that its new summer schedule will include the resumption of flights from Dublin to Chicago O"Hare.
From 5 April, the carrier will use two-class Boeing 767-300 aircraft to operate the daily non-stop service, providing a total of 225 seats on each journey.
On the following day, American Airlines" operations at Dublin airport will be moved to the new second terminal that opened at the end of last year.
The change means that travellers will be able to clear US immigration and customs checks before boarding their flight and effectively be treated as domestic rather than international passengers upon arrival in the country.
"We are delighted to resume our service to Dublin and to relocate in Dublin"s newest terminal," said Loretta Kuss, the airline"s director of passenger sales for Chicago.
"We look forward to welcoming back our Irish customers and hope they will enjoy the US Customs and Border Protection pre-clearance benefits made possible by our terminal move."
American Airlines recently announced a number of schedule improvements on flight routes linking London to cities including New York, Miami and Boston as part of its joint business agreement with British Airways.
