Finalists revealed for "natural wonders" campaign by Cheap Flights Booker UK

The 28 finalists have been announced in the New 7 Wonders of Nature campaign, meaning members of the public and international travellers can now vote for their favourites.

Other locations in the running to be named one of the world"s seven natural wonders include South Africa"s Table Mountain, the Great Barrier Reef off Australia"s north-east coast and Halong Bay in Vietnam.

Commenting on the campaign, New 7 Wonders founder and president Bernard Weber said: "So many breathtakingly beautiful, natural places are still quite unknown to many.

"From waterfalls to fjords, rainforests to mountain peaks, freshwater lakes to volcanoes, we are discovering together the incredible beauty and variety of our planet."

The final list of the world"s seven natural wonders will be announced on 11 November this year.
