Bmibaby announces seven new summer destinations by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Bmibaby has announced that it will introduce flights to seven new destinations for summer 2012.

The carrier, which is the low-cost subsidiary of bmi, will launch routes connecting East Midlands airport to Gibraltar, Corfu, Murcia and Naples, as well as services from Birmingham to Lisbon, Rome and Barcelona.

Customers making early plans for next year"s holidays will also be able to fly year-round from East Midlands to Cologne and from Birmingham to Prague with bmibaby.

Julian Carr, the airline"s managing director, described the new services as "fantastic news for the Midlands".

He added: "We recently announced that we will be basing two additional aircraft in the Midlands from the end of our summer 2011 flying programme and will now operate a total of 45 routes from the Midlands.

"We are committed to further growth in this region."

Britons planning summer getaways this year can catch bmibaby flights to Barcelona, Venice, Lisbon and other popular destinations from the carrier"s bases in the Midlands.
