Monarch announces first flights to Egypt by Cheap Flights Booker UK
Monarch Airlines has announced a programme of flights for summer 2012, which includes the carrier"s first scheduled services to Egypt.
Travellers will be able to choose from three weekly connections between London Gatwick and the Red Sea resort of Sharm el Sheikh, while two weekly links to the same destination will be available from Manchester.
Other new launches for summer 2012 include flights from Gatwick to Antalya and Dalaman in Turkey, with the latter also set to be served from Manchester.
Kevin George, managing director of Monarch Airlines, said next year"s programme is being launched early so travellers can plan ahead and get some bargains.
"The addition of new scheduled services to Turkey and Egypt also supports Monarch"s shift to focusing on scheduled flying," he added.
"As well as benefiting from a fantastic value fare, customers can also select from a range of optional extras such as extra legroom seating and pre-ordered meals, all of which are perfectly suited for longer flight durations such as Turkey and Egypt."
The carrier recently launched a rebranding initiative based around the "Fly your way. Every day" concept.
