Tunisia Set To Welcome Back Families
Tunisia set to welcome back families by Cheap Flights Booker UK
After a peaceful resolution to this January"s Jasmine Revolution, the Tunisian Tourist Board is encouraging families to bring the kids and book hotels in the North African country this summer.
Attractions on offer range from sailing and windsurfing to camel trekking across the Sahara desert, while those looking to simply relax can enjoy plenty of long sandy beaches.
One particular highlight that the national tourist board is promoting is the Friguia Park in Hammamet, with lions, tigers and lemurs on display and dolphin and sea lion shows to excite the kids.
As well as a number of high-quality hotels, Tunisia also boasts several all-inclusive resorts, which offer sports such as football, tennis and volleyball as well as evening entertainment.
Anissa Ramoundi, UK and Ireland Director for the Tunisian National Tourist Office, said: "Following the Jasmine Revolution, our tourism is back on track, and we are welcoming British tourists again, making sure they have an amazing holiday."
