Ayada Maldives on the 150,000 square foot Muguhdhuvaa Island in Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll features 112 deluxe villas and suites and is due to open in October.

There will be eight accommodation types in total, from traditional beach villas with private pools to spacious suites on stilts over the lagoon.
