InterContinental Hong Kong honoured for wine selection by Cheap Flights Booker UK
Guests staying at the InterContinental Hong Kong will have the chance to sample some of the beverages on offer at three of the hotel"s restaurants, which have been recognised by Wine Spectator magazine.
In its 30th annual Restaurant Awards issue, due for release on 31 August, the publication recognises the Michelin-starred Spoon by Alain Ducasse and Yan Toh Heen for the quality of their wine lists, along with the Steak House wine bar and grill.
This is the sixth year in a row that Spoon by Alain Ducasse has received an accolade from Wine Spectator and the fourth year that the Steak House has been honoured.
The dining establishments are three of 19 Hong Kong restaurants to feature in the magazine"s awards programme this year.

The hotel is located in Kowloon, a popular part of Hong Kong that boasts attractions including a bustling waterfront area and a ferry service to Hong Kong Island.
