Norwegian Cruise Line Improves Guest Loyalty Scheme
Norwegian Cruise Line improves guest loyalty scheme by Cheap Flights Booker UK
Travellers who regularly sail with Norwegian Cruise Line are set to receive more benefits as a result of changes to the company"s guest loyalty programme.
The new Latitudes Rewards scheme will provide better recognition for the operator"s loyal passengers with new ways to earn points and additional onboard bonuses and incentives.
Cruises departing on or after 5 December 2011 will provide special perks such as chocolate-covered strawberries and discounts on packages in the photo gallery, depending on the guest"s tier level.
Customers signed up to the current Latitudes programme will be automatically enrolled in the new scheme and will remain in the same tier or upgraded, depending on their total number of nights at sea and stateroom categories.
Kevin Sheehan, chief executive of Norwegian Cruise Line, said: "Our new Latitudes Rewards programme demonstrates our commitment to delivering the highest levels of guest satisfaction while rewarding our loyal guests with enhanced benefits."
Existing advantages of membership include priority check-in, exclusive cocktail parties and a complimentary online magazine.
