Yves Saint Laurent exhibition to visit Denver. by Cheap Flights Booker UK

The city of Denver will be the only location in the United States to host an internationally renowned exhibition dedicated to the designer Yves Saint Laurent.

Denver Art Museum will provide the venue for the show, which is set to run from 25 March to 8 July 2012.

Visitors will be able to see a range of items representing 40 years of the fashion giant"s career, including some 200 outfits and numerous photographs, drawings and films.

The exhibits provide an insight into the development of Saint Laurent"s style and the historical background of his work.

Particular highlights to look out for include a section showcasing garments worn by famous women and fashion trendsetters such as Princess Grace of Monaco, Catherine Deneuve and Paloma Picasso.

Tickets for the exhibition will go on sale to the general public on 20 January.
