Air France launches new digital services by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Air France has expanded its range of digital facilities, with two new services available to people catching flights with the airline.

The company said the new offerings will help passengers tailor their trips and keep up to date with any developments regarding their travel plans.

Air France Connect is a free alert service that uses phone numbers and email addresses shared by customers to give information about delays, cancellations or boarding gate changes in real time.

Updates are available from 14 days before departure and can be provided by phone, text message or email.

Air France has also introduced a My Account section on its website, allowing passengers to create a permanent profile with personal information including payment details, seat preferences and meal requirements.

The My Account facility will be available via the airline"s mobile app shortly and is also accessible through KLM"s website.

Announcing the new offerings, the French carrier said: "The Air France Connect and My Account digital services are geared towards giving customers more control over their bookings and keeping them informed at every stage of their trip."
