AmaWaterways offering Jewish heritage tours by Cheap Flights Booker UK

River cruise operator AmaWaterways has announced that it will offer Jewish heritage-themed tours and excursions on five voyages along the Danube in 2012.

The series will include two sailings onboard the AmaCerto, a new ship that features "the most advanced design in river cruising", the company claims, as well as a heated swimming pool, fine dining venues and other amenities.

Following its official launch in April, the vessel will set off on a cruise from Vilshofen in Germany to Budapest in Hungary on 14 June, before sailing from Nuremberg on 26 July, once again bound for Budapest.

The AmaLegro and AmaDolce, meanwhile, will be deployed on the Blue Danube Discovery itinerary between Budapest and Nuremberg, with departures on 5 August, 17 October and 28 October this year.

Guests on these sailings will have the chance to embark on tours highlighting the river"s Jewish heritage and visiting attractions such as Oskar Schindler"s house in Regensburg and the Jewish Museum in Vienna.
