Etihad Airways brand "entering new phase" by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Etihad Airways has teamed up with creative agency M&C Saatchi in a bid to boost the profile of its brand.

The London-based advertising firm will manage the airline"s communication strategies and online campaigns, developing promotions for new products and route launches.

It will work with Etihad from a new office being established in Abu Dhabi, which will have the specific function of serving the carrier in its home country.

Peter Baumgartner, the airline"s chief commercial officer, said: "We are entering a new phase where we decided to make a fresh start with a new agency to partner us for the next stage of our brand"s journey."

He went on to say that M&C Saatchi has an "expert understanding" of the aviation industry and an excellent record in the sector.

The new partnership was welcomed by Moray MacLennan, the advertising agency"s worldwide chief executive, who said the firm is "thrilled" to be working with Etihad Airways on the next stage of the airline"s journey.
