BA announces changes to summer schedule by Cheap Flights Booker UK
British Airways has announced a number of changes due to be introduced this summer, including the launch of a first-class service on flights to Moscow from London Heathrow.
BA will become the only airline offering premium seats and amenities such as fully flat-beds on connections between the London hub and Russia"s capital city.
The 2012 summer season will also see the carrier introduce more flights to New York JFK, Miami, Johannesburg, Riyadh and Hong Kong from its base at Heathrow.
Richard Tams, BA"s head of UK and Ireland sales and marketing, said the company is "very pleased" to provide extra capacity on some of its leading routes.
"We"ve also listened to our customers and are delighted to introduce our new shortest long-haul premium service to Moscow," he added.
In another change planned for the forthcoming summer season, BA"s partner Iberia will move its eight daily flights to Madrid from Heathrow"s Terminal 5 to Terminal 3.
