Top German Theme Parks To Open This Month

Top German theme parks to open this month by Cheap Flights Booker UK

There will soon be some memorable experiences on offer to people planning family holidays in Germany when some of the country"s top theme parks open for the 2012 summer season.

At Tripsdrill, visitors can see a castle, half-timbered houses and a windmill, as well as more modern attractions including Europe"s tallest log flume.

Located 25 miles north of Stuttgart, the park also encompasses a wildlife area where brown bears, fallow deer, wild horses, Arctic wolves and other animals roam free.

Families visiting south-west Germany can also head to Ravensburger Spieleland, which offers a diverse range of experiences such as driving a Mini Cooper, training to be a circus performer and operating real diggers.

Youngsters can try out Bouncy Bounce, a giant inflatable attraction that is among the new additions to the park this year.

Europa-Park will also offer more activities for guests in 2012 with the launch of WODAN - Timburcoaster, a wooden rollercoaster that reaches speeds of over 60mph.

All three sites are due to open for the summer season on 31 March.
