England"s "biggest fan" discovered by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Rachel Kershaw from Lancashire has been named England"s "biggest fan" following a campaign by the national tourist board.

The 30-year-old has been rewarded with a 70-day, all-expenses-paid trip around the country.

Ms Kershaw impressed the judges in the VisitEngland search by showing a passion for her home nation, a zest for life and a history of taking domestic holidays in the scenic Yorkshire and Lancashire countryside from an early age.

She will embark on a tour in a vintage camper van, setting off from Land"s End on 19 May and providing accounts of her experiences through Facebook and Twitter updates, blog posts, photographs and video footage.

"I"m very excited about the trip and am looking forward to setting off next week from somewhere I have always dreamt of visiting, Cornwall," said Ms Kershaw.

Martin Dorey, author of the Camper Van Coast Book and one of the campaign"s judges, said the tour will showcase some of the "natural, beautiful and interesting places" England has to offer.
