Etihad launches TV and digital ad campaign by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Etihad Airways has introduced a television commercial and a digital media campaign designed to express to a global audience the substantial growth the company has experienced in recent years.

The initiative is inspired by Etihad"s claim that it is the fastest-growing airline in the history of the aviation industry.

During its first eight years of operation, more people have switched to the Abu Dhabi-based operator than any other carrier in history, according to the company.

The television advert, which features shots of a wide-body aircraft performing a low-altitude fly-past filmed from Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, will be screened in the UK, France, Germany, Australia, the United States and other countries.

Chief commercial officer Peter Baumgartner described the Etihad Airways success story as "a phenomenal one" that will be probably never be repeated.

"Our home base of Abu Dhabi has also experienced tremendous development … and we were thrilled to conduct the filming for the commercial at beach locations on the stunning Saadiyat Island," he added.

The carrier operates flights to Abu Dhabi from London Heathrow, Manchester and Glasgow airports in the UK.
