Icelandair promotes Manchester services by Cheap Flights Booker UK

Icelandair is this week hosting some special events and promotions in Manchester to highlight its range of services from north-west England.

For five days, representatives from the airline will be hitting the streets in and around the city to give away a range of prizes, including flights for two people to destinations in Iceland, Canada and the United States.

Gift certificates worth £100 will also be handed out, along with flight bags and other Icelandair merchandise.

Clues as to the whereabouts of the prize-givers will be available on the carrier"s Facebook page and Twitter feed.

Hjorvar Saeberg Hognason, Icelandair"s general manager in the UK and Ireland, pointed out that the airline recently added an additional connection from Manchester, meaning it now operates three weekly flights to Reykjavik from the UK city.

"We have seen a positive response from the people of Manchester and surrounding areas and wanted to do something to say thanks," he added.

The carrier also provides connections to North American destinations such as Denver, Seattle and Toronto.
