New Lounge Opened At Luton Airport
New lounge opened at Luton airport by Cheap Flights Booker UK
Servisair officially opened a new lounge at London Luton airport this week and named the facility "the Someries", after a castle located nearby.
The lounge offers passengers a range of amenities, including complimentary drinks, light refreshments, upgraded seating, internet access and a selection of free newspapers and magazines.
It is open to travellers on a pay-per-use basis, while annual membership holders with Servisair can enjoy free access to the lounge.
The name of the new facility was suggested by regular business traveller James Hart, who received an annual membership worth £250.
Julie Renshaw, general manager of Servisair, said: "London Luton airport is a strong addition to our established network of lounges.
"We wanted to officially launch our operations here by naming the executive lounge and were keen that the name emphasised the close connection between the airport and the surrounding area. The Someries is the perfect choice, reflecting the vibrancy, present day culture and the rich, fascinating past of the local region."
The company also has lounges at Birmingham and Gatwick airports, as well as a number of bases in Europe and North America.
